Facilitating Workshops

We recognise that in busy modern environments individuals and teams have little time to invest in peripheral or low-value workshops. We also appreciate that those same pressures can prevent people coming together to develop high-impact, sustainable and joined-up decisions on critical business issues.

Our approach to facilitating workshops is to put those key business issues ‘front and centre’ and to use structured activities to help teams make the decisions that really have to be made.

We don’t judge the success of our workshops by the participants’ levels of enjoyment (although that’s often a very nice by-product of what we do); rather we want to know that you have fixed a problem, seized an opportunity or formed a plan to take your organisation forward.

We have used our purposeful facilitation to help organisations to:

  • Build a business plan
  • Establish strategic priorities
  • Develop plans for expansion and growth
  • Structure cultural change
  • Explore unhelpful relationships with business partners
