MANJULA BRAY, BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGIST

Manjula is a Business Psychologist and leadership coach. As a former HR practitioner (FCIPD) and independent assessor / lay member (judicial and public appointments), she has value-add insights in the talent identification / development areas. Manjula has participated in BAME positive action leadership initiatives within the Civil Service and The Law Society.

During her career, Manjula has designed and led assessment events for the selection of CEOs, directors, judges, chairs and members of public bodies and managers at all levels in the public, private and third sectors. Utilising a blend of evidence-based approaches, Manjula aims to offer pragmatic, effective and sustainable methods to identify and nurture people in organisations. As a coaching psychologist she adopts a strengths-based and positive style balanced with a healthy dose of “Human Resources reality”.
