She has a wealth of experience in fields such as leadership development, positive psychology, executive coaching and team facilitation. She has a real passion for enabling personal behavioural change and focuses in areas such as mindset, wellbeing, resilience and using positive psychology interventions to enhance mental health and performance. She supports individuals and teams to make positive changes that enable significant mindset shifts.
